Debt Reduction

Debt reduction sometimes happens to the common people as an incentive to pay off their current loans, but most of the time, debt reduction is for third world countries who cannot afford to pay off any part of their debt. This is so good for third world countries, but not always the best thing for other countries. Billions of dollars are spent helping third world countries, but sometimes, they take advantage of this money and overspend. There are about thirty-three third world countries, and 29 of them are in Africa. The money distribution therefore can seem to be a little skewed. However, without debt reduction many of the countries would be completely dirt poor, and people would have trouble sustaining a decent lifestyle.
