The Attorney Network have announced changes in debt settlement plans allowing individuals and families the opportunity to reduce total debt amounts while drastically lowering monthly payments.

This new “Hardship” program will qualify consumers for special programs essentially cutting most credit card debts in half depending on the individuals’ ability to save.  This allows folks to repay debt obligations in a manageable monthly payment and ultimately reduce the total amount of debt up to 70%.  This method allows the individual to bring the balances to zero and save several years of paying minimum payments.

Many families are looking to resolve the financial struggles and avoid the personal stigma associated with the filing for bankruptcy; or do not qualify for bankruptcy under the stricter criteria.  Under the new plan, an individual may qualify for monthly payments of less than 50% of what was once paid to the creditor prior to the enrollment.  Depending on the ability to save funds, the “Living Debt Free” accomplishment can be achieved in as little as 12 months.

“We have a great program in place” says Scott Milbury, President of The Attorney Network in Beverly.  “In today’s tough economic climate, these new programs effectively assist the individual in regaining control of their finances.  The program allows clients 24 hour internet access to monitor the process 7 days a week.  Individuals are able to observe the process and understand the value of becoming debt free due to our attorney network hardship programs that are available nationwide.”

Individuals and families will have the opportunity to work one on one with our company and create a realistic budget based on their individual situations.  Once the budget is calculated, they may qualify for one of the several “hardship” programs offered giving them the ability to affordably manage all of the monthly household finances in addition to setting aside funds to pay off the outstanding credit card debts.

If you would like more information on this new “hardship” program or any information on how you may qualify for the debt relief program.
